Hello! I’m Josh, a BI developer, designer and freelancer based in Southampton, UK.
I love making cool things with data. From interactive business dashboards, to fun engaging infographics, and everything in-between.
I currently work for the NHS, as part of the BI development team at University Hospital Southampton where I get to work on a range of interesting and meaningful projects.

Specialist BI Developer
Managing a team of BI developers, I design and develop Power BI dashboards for a range of operational and clinical stakeholders that unlock insights to improve patient care.
May 2020 - Present
Information Team Leader
Leading a small team of data analysts, I ensured that internal and external reporting deadlines were met, and took the lead on creation, production and improvement of reports.
Dec 2018 - May 2020
Information Analyst
Created, improved and automated production of performance reports with Excel and VBA, using freehand SQL to write custom queries for use in my analysis.
